We offer a wide range of services from conception to completion. We specialize in services that include interior remodeling, additions, renovations, ground up construction, tenant improvements, various office spaces, retail locations, restaurant and warehouse expansions and remodels contracted through local property management or architectural firms. Each project is overseen by a project manager and an on-site superintendent working to meet your needs.

Founded in 1988, and formally known as Fineberg-Olnick Company; we specialize in commercial building and remodeling.
Our business has thrived from word of mouth referrals. We value our relationships that we have developed over many years, and are grateful that the majority of our clients have become repeat customers.
Maybe it's because we are down to earth and a little quirky, but we do pride ourselves on completing projects on time and under budget.

Shane Olnick / President
Following in his father's footsteps was something he knew he wanted to do from a young age. He began working in the field during college breaks because it was important to him to learn all aspects of construction in order to help grow the business. Like his father, he truly values his relationships with his employees and clients as he strives to always do right by them. Most of his spare time these days consists of watching his youngest on the golf course, but when time permits, you may find him on the water or on the basketball court.

Brandon Olnick / Vice President
His love of construction started as a young child when he received tools for his 10th birthday. His parents received quite the surprise when he proudly showed off his first construction project: Holes he had drilled into the siding of their garage! Despite the initial setback, he continued to hone his skills. His knowledge and time in the field has made him an asset. You can find Brandon on his boat or in the woods hunting mushrooms with his family when in season. This outdoorsman is always up for a good time.

MEET THE FOUNDER:
Mark Olnick
Being a young father who came from humble beginnings, Mark knew he had to make a better life for himself and his young family, so he and a close friend started a partnership based on hard work and customer relations and from there, the business grew. Always putting customers above the bottom line has been the secret to his and the companies success.
Now retired, he can be found with a golf club in hand while hanging with his lifelong friends or enjoying the fruits of his labor with his wife, Melissa.
